Excellent All-Inclusive Adult Getaway

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The all-inclusive service offered a wide selection daily. I enjoyed a different theme night each day. All attractions are easily accessible by taxi (making it easy to explore). I found the staff super nice and always smiling. Hassan and his colleague, the program organizers, were amazing. The animators by the beach volleyball were great. The waiter guys in the main restaurant were also very attentive.
The drinks quality could be improved, as regular juices were not included in the all-inclusive package.

The hotel offers easy access to the beach and an amazing reef. The location is good (especially with the option to get Ubers) making it easy to get to the Marina and other places.

The room was spacious, located on the ground floor opposite the pool bar with an outside veranda. The bathroom was adequate. I found the bed very comfortable (it helped me relax after a long day).

The pool was amazing. Access to the beach was very easy. The entertainment was fun. I celebrated my 20th wedding anniversary with a romantic meal on the beach, it was very special.

I found the staff happy and very helpful. Snorkeling near the marina bar was nice. The gym had equipment for a decent workout. there was a games room. I enjoyed the outside meals. I was like I got good value for my money.
Wi-Fi was not included in my room. I had to pay extra for it. This detail was not clear on the website.

My room had a comfortable bed. a well functioning air conditioner. I was happy to find a mini fridge stocked with complimentary water bottles. A safe was available for securing valuables .

Outdoor dining was wonderful I enjoyed the adult's only beach section It was nice to relax. The Shisha lounge area was a great addition. Security was polite and vigilant they kept us safe from getting in the wrong taxi.
I found that the WiFi availability was not convenient it should be improved. The extra charge and limited access were not ideal. It affected my ability to stay connected easily.
